Bhavesh is an industry thought leader in creating high performing teams.

Madhavi has 20+years experience  facilitating Corporate Training programmes for clients including Wipro, Verizon, Cognizant, Microsoft, AT&T and Lloyds. Madhavi has also spent many years working in Europe for Wipro Technologies as a Technical Writer for clients including Nokia and Ericsson, and is a public speaker and on autism and education.

David supports our recruitment and HR, ensuring everything from the recruitment strategy to the candidate onboarding experience is optimised. With 20+ years' industry experience for companies including Ernst & Young, AXA and Roche in Europe and the US, David is CIPD accredited, a CCF Licensed Career Coach and accredited in Psychometric Testing.

Jan is an industry leader in Learning Content Management Systems, with 20+ years’ experience at the forefront of innovation in business training solutions. Jan has worked with HSBC, the UK Department of Health and Ministry of Defence and specialises in creating advanced, scalable learning solutions from initial planning to building, growing and scaling bespoke.

Paul is a subject matter expert in delivering real-time data collection, analysis and insights reporting. His approach harnesses state-of-the-art AI and years of experience in this field. Paul oversees the data aspects of our programmes, and his experience working in a corporate setting include working as a Direct Customer Manager at HSBC and as a Senior Manager at PwC.

Marc is well-versed IT executive with an extensive background in IT and Business transformation, delivering the IT culture change aspects of our  programmes. At UBS, Barclays and Prudential he was instrumental in driving strategic technology change across global teams and has led both technology and organisational strategy and transformation programmes.
