Greg established the Investor Relations function at ASOS plc and was voted No 1 Investor Relations Officer across Europe 2017-2019.

Fiona has led large-scale, highly complex organisational change projects in government, corporate and non-profit sectors, building strong corporate cultures to support high performing teams.
Madhavi Adimulam
Madhavi has 20+ years' experience facilitating Corporate Training programmes for clients including Wipro, Verizon, Cognizant, Microsoft, AT&T and Lloyds. Madhavi has also spent many years working in Europe for Wipro Technologies as a Technical Writer for clients including Nokia and Ericsson, and is a public speaker on autism and education.

At UBS, Barclays and Prudential he was instrumental in driving strategic technology change across global teams and has led both technology and organisational strategy and transformation programmes.
Paul Roberts
Paul is a subject matter expert in delivering real-time data collection, analysis and insights reporting. His approach harnesses state-of-the-art AI and years of experience in this field. Paul oversees the data aspects of our programmes, and his experience includes working as a Direct Customer Manager at HSBC and as a Senior Manager at PwC.

With 20+ years' industry experience for companies including Ernst & Young, AXA and Roche in Europe and the US, David is CIPD accredited, a CCF Licensed Career Coach and accredited in Psychometric Testing.
