We're delighted to be partnering with the GSA (Global Sourcing Association) in this exciting new initiative for GSA members, from Q3 2025.

The aim of the  initiative is to help develop proactive, impactful ways to support the industry in these uncertain times. We'll be sharing updates in webinars and workshops for GSA members, building a GSA case study of new best practice guidelines.

Building new industry best practice for cross-border teams

Teams in Flow - GSA webinar (Dec 2024)

The introduction video had a clear Egyptian theme, and we were delighted to be joined by a number of participants from Egypt on the day. We enjoyed lively discussions with participants from as far afield as Denmark, South Africa, Türkiye and Uzbekistan.

During this online webinar in December 2024, we provided an overview of the Teams in Flow and how it helps cross-border teams optimise performance.

Teams in Flow - GSA workshop (Oct 2024)

The inspiration for this introductory video came from a curious baby cow on a temple visit in Hyderabad. |India is such a land of contrasts, and we filmed part of this at Mindspace, one of India's huge, and ever-growing, IT hubs where multinational organisations including JPMorgan, Microsoft and Starbucks have their offices.

This in-person workshop was hosted by GSA members Eversheds Sutherland at their London City offices in October 2024. We  went through Teams in Flow and how it helps cross-border teams optimise performance.

We've been at London's Excel Centre, attending Going Global the London Business Show since 2023 as speakers, stand holders and attendees. Going Global is a leading event for organisations wanting to 'go global', and a hub for organisations from the UK and other government to UK-based start-ups with bold ambitions.

The Going Global exhibition takes part every year in London at the Excel in London's Docklands. The exhibition also takes part in the US and Singapore, where we're planning to exhibit in 2026.

SourcingTV interview with Kerry Hallard

It's so vital for global teams to understand what good cultural alignment  looks like, so that friction linked to cultural differences can be identified and eliminated to enhance global team performance. In this episode of the GSA's SourcingTV, GSA CEO Kerry Hallard speaks to Lisa Thorne.

Lisa shares what cultural alignment is, the business benefits, how it's relevant to a sourcing environment and which different locations have emerged as a result and impact of COVID-19. Click the image above to watch the interview.

Global Britain, Queen Elizabeth II Centre

We were invited to join the 2024 Global Britain exhibition, promoting  the UK as a global trade and business destination and designed for businesses looking grow internationally. The event was hosted at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre by Westminster Abbey in the heart of London.

We were delighted to be invited to attend, and meet delegates from across the world. The speakers were excellent, and we make some important connections, especially with Chinese and other Far Eastern companies.

Fresh Fest, Brighton

Thanks to the organisers at FRESH FEST in Brighton, where we met school leavers who'd come to interact with local businesses. We were asked to bring something interactive, so we brought Pam and Vijay, two of the puppets we use in our training to represent different cultural perspectives. We were impressed at the student's skills operating the puppets!

Brighton & Hove are an entrepreneurial hub, with so many exciting businesses - especially in the sustainability space. We're really proud to be part of the local business eco-system in Sussex.
