Lisa has over 20 years’ experience in multiple industries driving successful start-ups from initial concept to sale. Her success in applying an entrepreneurial approach in a global corporate environment saw Barclays rise from 22nd to 3rd position in the Stonewall WEI list of the UK’s top-performing companies between 2010 and 2012. Change programmes that Lisa has designed and delivered have won both UK and international industry awards, including the European Diversity & Industry ‘Diversity Champion’ award in 2012.

With a background in political journalism, Lisa’s broad experience across different media channels ranges from establishing a magazine on South East Asian current affairs to setting up an online community that grew to become the largest of its kind globally. Her fascination with different cultures fuels her desire to look at new, creative ways to bring people from different backgrounds together.

Alex has over 20 years’ experience in deploying, managing and operating the delivery of transformational change programmes, and has delivered global programmes to diverse cross-sector organisations such as KPMG, GSK and DLA Piper. With a background in Agile transformation, including technology behavioural and cultural change, he has successfully delivered change programmes to global audiences in excess of 500,000 people.

Large-scale projects that Alex has delivered include Train the Trainer, EPOS projects, Microsoft Applications, IT Training, Business Skills Training and Microsoft Dynamics AX & CRM. Alex is a Microsoft Certified Trainer, Certified Business Management Solutions Specialist and Certified Applications Specialist instructor for Microsoft Office.

Madhavi has over 15 years of experience in Technical Communication and facilitating Corporate Training Programmes. Her areas of expertise include Business Communication, Technical Writing, European, American and APAC Culture, English Language and Inter-cultural communication. Madhavi has delivered programmes for international clients including Wipro, Verizon, Cognizant, Microsoft, AT&T and Lloyds Banking Group.

Madhavi has also spent many years working in Europe for Wipro Technologies as a Technical Writer for clients including Nokia and Ericsson. Madhavi is also Chair of the Pravara Educational Trust, an NGO and non-profit organization in Hyderabad, as well as a public speaker and media spokesperson on subjects related to autism and education.

Mohanan has over 25 years’ experience teaching Business English, European Culture, English Language and Inter-cultural Communication. Mohanan develops and trains professionals to help organisations improve their effectiveness and connect better with internal and external customers. Bringing a wealth of experience in the Indian offshore outsourcing field, Mohanan has spent over 15 years conducting Corporate Training in Business Communication, Cross Culture and Soft Skills for IT companies and Call Centres including GE Capital and Wipro Technologies. European clients Mohanan has worked with include Lloyds TSB, Lloyds Banking Group, Deutsche Bank, and Ericsson.

Mohanan’s experience brings expertise in the unique challenges that exist in offshore outsourcing relationships between American and European organisations and supplier organisations based in India.

Sheryl has spent the last 20 years living between the UK and India. She specialises in the business fields of corporate training, branding and marketing and has spent 5 years in education, which includes the position of Creative Design and Visual Communication lecturer at a leading international University in Mumbai. Sheryl brings her visual design skills to discussions around user interface and user experience in software development. Sheryl uses her design experience to explore the relationship between functionality and aesthetics.

First hand insights Sheryl has gained into the impact of cultural differences, particularly in relation to India and the UK, have equipped Sheryl with unique skills that enable her to understand the perception of both ‘sides’ of outsourcing engagements.

Sneh specializes in the alignment of project outcomes and business strategies across international borders to maximise project value.

Sneh is a postgraduate in Human Resources and also specializes in leadership hiring within the business transformation industry. She has many years’ experience within the outsourcing industry and has delivered talent management solutions within this marketplace for all of the major Indian service providers. She has a strong network and partnerships with key players in the market and has developed thought-leading solutions within Recruitment, Learning and Development and employee engagement. Sneh’s keen focus on aligning Human Resources strategically with business needs means she brings unique insights into onshore/offshore performance.

Ralph’s professional training as an actor has equipped him with excellent communication, team and rapport-building skills, which he utilises to full effect in engaging workshops where learning becomes fun. With a background in digital marketing, Disruptive Innovation and Transformation, Ralph brings an understanding of the rapid pace of change within IT and uses creative ways to explore this in the context of distributed team work. Ralph’s a firm believer in the value of creative techniques to help build relationships, confidence and boost productivity.

Having trained as an actor at a top London drama school, Ralph did TV and film work in Canada then became a Blue Man in the Blue Man Group off Broadway in New York. Ralph is also an accomplished musician.

Erstwhile senior manager, occasional software engineer, sometime stage improv actor… Versus partner and Co-founder Steve’s aim is to make work more satisfying, joyful and productive, through raising the collective intelligence of the organisations surrounding their work. To do this, he employs a bricolage of systems-coaching, improv games, Lean and Agile process knowledge, and positive psychology.

Steve is a technologist: never satisfied with something merely working, he is driven to discover exactly what makes it tick. This goes for software systems, but also human and organisational systems, the purposeful connections and structures joining people’s minds and hearts. He’s a practitioner of Agile and XP software development methods, Holacracy, and applied systems thinking – equipping organisations to make better decisions, be better aligned and more compassionate.

Former programme manager, sometime digital strategist, occasional life coach… Co-founder and Versus partner, Cuan is obsessed with getting stuff to market faster – not just anything, but the right thing. Through bittersweet experience, he’s found the most effective way to do this is to set up success-making environments within companies, where people working on a product feel the joy of creating something that matters, and feel immediately the impact of their decisions upon themselves, their colleagues, and their customers.

Cuan is passionate about Agile methods, Scrum, Holacracy, Product Management, creating high-performing teams and fast-evolving products. Not only that, he has the certificates, credentials, and experience to back it up with bold insight and creative action.
